Costs of Substance Abuse in Canada [highlights report]

Just released today is a report from the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) entitled "The Costs of Substance Abuse in Canada 2002 Highlights" (2006, March). The report will likely be of interest to gambling researchers and especially so to those estimating gambling's socioeconomic costs and benefits.
