A massive 700+ page report entitled "The Health Consequences of Involuntary Exposure to Tobacco Smoke: A Report of the Surgeon General" has recently been published by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The report includes a few odds and ends about smoke in gambling-related establishments.
